Review: HG RX-78-2 Gundam (Revive)

After months sitting in the backlog, I finally built the HG RX-78-2 Gundam (Revive).

Why this kit

It’s the original Gundam and a great test bed for basic panel-lining and detail painting techniques.

Process

1. Separating and cleaning the runners
2. Dry-fitting to check joints
3. Panel lining with a grey marker
4. Detail painting (yellow/red) with a brush

Verdict

Recommended as a first kit for anyone getting into the hobby without spending too much.
